Good hotel

The hotel is one of the few that turns out to be like imaged on the website. However like in most other hotels that we stayed in staff seem to be not properly trained and not customer receptive to the needs. To be fair they try their best but lack the proper training to rectify short comings in a timely manner.At this particular hotel constant and consistent maintenance will help to maintain its present state of condition and shortcomings need to be fixed on a timely basis.We enjoyed our stay minus the minor shortcomings and if the opportunity arises will stay here again. Hopefully it will be in a similar condition or even better then. Thank You

Worthless, to say the least. There was no room service available, the hotel personnel were too smart to understand our demands. Even they were not able to understand English properly! Poor performance. My worst experience ever.

This is not a Hotel. It is only service appartment. Misleading as Hotel. Very poor service i.e irregular and careless responce. I will never recommend to anybody.

To be very honest I was quiet apprehensive while making the booking but the moment I got in I knew that it was worth it. Very hygienic, well-maintained, good and courteous staff which is always ready and eager to serve and help you. All in all, had a very good experience. Value for money and definitely recommended.

Excellent staff, clean and well maintained rooms.

This is a small 'corporate' hotel with all basic necessities and excellent hygiene. A total of 16 rooms in 2 clusters of 3 rooms on each floor, each cluster having an independent living/eating place, fully-equipped with a mini kitchen complete with all facilities including utensils, cooking hob, microwave, fridge, water cooler, electric kettle et all. Tariff includes buffet breakfast and 24 hour checkout.

The hotel is good located and in a quiet area. The rooms were furnished in a very modern way and everything was very clean. The service was extremely good (i.e. there is no restaurant in the hotel, but it is possible to order all different varieties of food at the reception from restaurants in the neighborhood), breakfast was included and very good. Late check-out was no problem at all, as well as the transfer to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Value for money hotel and satisfaction guaranteed. The hotel staff is kind and are willing to check you in a little early as well. Wonderful location - you can reach any place in Chennai in max 20 minutes (central places of course). Had a really good time at the hotel, they are extremely willing to help you with your needs.
