"Smart Haven Corporate Rooms" - the name says it all. I was in Chennai for a day to get a visa and I needed a comfortable place that was reasonably close to the consulate. Smart Haven fit the bill and was way better than I'd expected for their room rates. Location: very good - several convenience stores close by. Staff: Very courteous and helpful. Made the stay very pleasant! Facilities: Everything one needs - phone, Internet, shower, AC (in Chennai!), plates/cutlery in case you order from their recommended North Indian restaurant (I loved the food). Breakfast: A very nice spread and really adds value for money, but I couldn't sample all the goodies, since I was in a hurry.
