The hotel staff were courteous but the problems- the location was remote and as one had to take an auto the fares being asked were exorbitant, minimum being Rs.120/- to any place one may say, secondly water availability throughout the day was a major issue, the geyser in my room was not working. Cleanliness was again an issue, the sheets were not changed the next morning.

There was no water available half of the time. They create a huge fuss if you go with a person of the opposite gender you are not related to.

I stayed at the hotel for a night, and there was no water in my room, at night or the next morning. The other room I booked also had water problem. One or two members of the staff were helpful, but most of them have the attitude that if a guest does not get water, it doesn't matter much. The room had no mosquito repellant, as a result I could not sleep all night. The basin bowl in the bathroom was filthy, the drain full of hair.

No hot water facility, service is late, even water facility was not there. After notice at reception they arranged water in 4 to 5 hours. Once we landed into room, they just provided normal water in two buckets.

This hotel is nice if you are planning to stay for 1 or 2 days near Madapur and want it cheap. If you are thinking for longer stay, want food then you are in trouble. Its a value for money place to sleep in the night, take a bath in the morning and go out to return again in the night.

Three-bedroom flats converted to service apartments. Clean and spacious rooms with all basic amenities (TC, A/C, geyser, bed, wardrobe, bathtub, balcony with good view). A common dining area and drawing room in each flat. Helpful, unobtrusive staff. Location is a slight disadvantage (around 1 km from Image hospital). But true value for money.

The service was good. Locating it is a big issue. Also transportation to and fro from the place is not so easy, I had to walk a lot to get an auto. Its very close to high tech city thatÂ’s an advantage.

Needed a nice room to stay for couple of days. It is ideally located for those visiting Hi-Tech city, Cyber towers etc. The service was excellent, the staff was good, the room had good air-conditioner and television. ItÂ’s at the dead end of Image Hospital Road. I recommend this place for all.

This service apartment has a long way to go. Everything from staffing to housekeeping to communication needs to improve a lot. The linen and the curtains in room no.D1 are pathetic. So is the condition with the lighting. Out of the 5 light fixtures only were working. The washroom maintenance is bad with the main shower blocked, the toilet seat shower not functioning, the towels and soaps provided after two reminders.
