The place was definitely 1.5 Kms from the main city area, but was located in a place where you do not get any transport.Hotel was good but not advisable for people going without own or hired conveyance.

We stayed at Heritage Resort in Madikeri as SilverLine stay was already fully booked. The stay was really good and the staff was very courteous. However, my new vehicle's wheel caps got stolen during the overnight stay at the hotel. The ratings given are not for SilverLine or Heritage.

This homestay was remotely located and there was no sign boards as well. No TV provided/no soaps. Clean room, good homely breakfast and decent view of Madikeri.

Its an excellent place to stay provided they introduce some more facilities like gym, spa and a recreational facility for kids.

Close to the city, however roads to the homestay are very narrow hence could give hard time for Sedan/SUV vehicles owners..homestay owner is really good and helped us with local sight seeing and routes.
