Not so happy

Excellent.

House Keeping is very poor. They provide service only after few calls! This is only negative point. Rest is excellent. Breakfast is very goos. Food is average.

The Hotel Silver Park is located in the prime location in Hyderabad. It is near to the Satyam Theatre in Ameerpet. The rooms have got a large bed which is very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast served is good and the guests are taken care properly. The hotel has got a bar in the 1st floor. The hotel has to improve in room services especially cleaning and laundry services. They can also provide with tourist information like attractions in Hyderabad. No cab services was provided by the hotel.

Food quality is very poor and very expensive. Credit card/debit card not accepted. Toilet not clean and water pressure very low.

Overall I will say that the hotel is very good. But there are some areas which I feel the hotel can improve upon. Firstly is the restaurant which was more of a bar - in fact I was surprised when the guard there stopped me and my wife from entering for a dinner. We had to order food in our room and for room service the menu was not small. Secondly, I feel that their travel desk, though very helpful, charges expensively. Apart from these problems (perhaps very minor), I am very satisfied with the hotel and will recommend it very strongly.
