Hotel stay was pleasant. Food quality was good and tour planning was excellent .there was no need to tell them what to see just tell them how many days you are staying.

The hotel has a Slogan. "Home Away From Home" which indeed is the right statement for the services offered making me and my wife feel at home during our stay. The staff especially Mr. Lovely was a very very helpful Gentleman along-with his crew all of them offering the best of the services they could in every means possible. Would give a 10 Star Rating for their cook since he was one of the crucial members to make us feel at home by providing food as similar and likely as home. There would be many words even more that I would be able to make about them but words fall short except for for two words. "Excellent Service". Keep up the good work.

What a stay it turned out to be. Fantastic service, excellent food and full value for money with its prime location. Silmog garden surely is a home away from home. If you are going to Manali then this is the hotel you would want to be staying in.

It is beautiful hotel I have ever been to Hospitality wise it is better than most of the 3 star hotels. Everything in the hotel is positive including the food which is very delicious no need to go outside for food just order it and get the best taste.

Hotel is nice. Service is extremely good. I stayed here in nov, 2011. It was a pleasant experience. Hotel is clean and neat. Definitely recommended.

This hotel is situated in the mall road itself centrally located, nearby hotels, shops, etc

ItÂ’s a 20yrs old property, but very well maintained. Housekeeping & hotel staffs are pretty efficient. Super Delux room has got a clean and spacious bathroom and a decent balcony. However, choices of breakfast are limited to paratha, paratha and paratha (hotel staff would choose for you irrespective of your liking or disliking). On a whole a nice comfortable stay, although hotel restaurant is also little expensive, so one may avoid eating at hotel and may refrain from including breakfast in the deal. One important thing, this hotel doesn't entertain bachelors.

Your second home on in Manali. Great experience, Specially the hospitality Manager Mr. Amit is beyound expectation.
