Hotel was overall OK. Even after paid big amount for staying, they were charging money for swimming costume etc. One of our towel got some orange color on it. They charged Rs. 200 for dry cleaning which I found ridiculous.

Hotel is neat & tidy, the menu in the in-house restaurant needs improvement. Drinking water was not provided, it has to be a complimentary as its the basic requirement for Goan climate. Mobile phone network availability is very very poor, hard to use mobile phones. Other than that every thing was good.

The hotel staff were very poor. They did not know much about anything. While checking out they created problems asking for extra bed charges though we paid in full through MakeMyTrip, but we did not pay and they also understood after explaining why we will not pay. Otherwise the experience was great

Food and services provided were good for the value and the staff was helpful. Need to replace the bed sheets and towels every 2 days as per the hotel info book however was not done and lacked proactive ness in cleaning the room (was done only once and that too on our request in our 3 nights and 4 days stay).

It was a little expensive for 2 nights for abt 4000/- during off season months, without pick up and drop to airport or sight seeing. Very ordinary property and service.
