As one drives from the famous Colva Beach to Benaulim beach, the hotel is at the left hand side and can be seen across the famous football ground of Benaulim called Dando. Services like snack basket, fruit basket, mini bar and mineral water are chargeable. Facility of a daily newspaper is on request.

Silken Sands Resort offers a range of services and amenities like swimming pool, lawns/gardens, restaurant, dining hall, bar, sun beds (pool), laundry, bicycles on hire and parking facility. The coffee shop operates from 0730 hours to 2230 hours. The hotel also provides the facility of room service from 0730 hours to 2300 hours.

Taxi services, railway station transfer, airport transfer, shuttle service and sightseeing are comforts provided at an extra cost. Facility of a doctor on call is on request. The hotel also offers guide service on request and is chargeable.
