The place is very good and the hospitality is excellent. One gets a feeling of being at home away from home. It is a treat to interact with the owner of the hotel, who is an ex army person.

No room service. Reception counter not manned round the clock. Costly food and no laundry facility.

Excellent value for money. It is a peaceful residential area within the city & easily approachable from most of the tourist spots in city. Owner of the hotel was very helpful in assisting us. Good option for both business & leisure trip with greater economy for group visits / long stay..

The food was spectacular and the family very welcoming. They offer a personal attention not found in other hotels. It is a clean and pleasant home and residential area offers calm and quiet away from Bikaner's city busy streets. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and will recommend it highly to other travellers. What a pity that Shri Ram Heritage, Bikaner hasn't yet been visited by all major guide books - It certainly deserves a special recommendation. I simply loved it.
