Exhaust reqd. in bath room.

Hotel is 1 km away from Railway station and 2 kms from golden temple. Deluxe rooms are really nice and value for money. Food was awesome & staff members were very friendly.

The first thing I would like to say that I will not recommend others to stay here. Room service okay but not trained people. The first floor is worst place it stincks. Morning reception desk people were rude they are not helpful people at all. Evening reception people were nice if I am not mistaken there is one guy whose name is Rishi, he is a very helpful person rest are rude. The room was okay for a single person.

The room is good, well maintained and clean. The deluxe room is located next to the function hall, so we had to go through it which wasn't cleaned up since 2 days and was smelling awfully. As we stayed overnight we didn't ask for any room service. It is in the heart of the city and close to the railway station. Recommended to eat at authentic places. Do visit Bharwan de dhaba near the golden temple and have the amritsari kulcha special thali. Places to visit are Golden temple, Wagah Border, Durgiana Mandir, Vaishno Devi, Jalianwala Bagh and do buy Ampapar Peda from Lubhaya Ram Rehdi Wala from Lawrence road.

The hotel detail says that it is located at 1km from golden temple while its approx 3 km. Room was very very small for 3 adults. They didnt clean the room despite repeated requests. Best part is the room was clean though it was very small. TV was also there but AC was not working. Overall not happy with the hotel. I spent 750 + 250 for extra bed per night, I think I could get a better deal with much closer hotel to Golden temple with true facts.

Hotel is about 1 km from railway station. Service and room on the whole is just ok. cannot comment on food as I ate outside. Stayed only 1 night.

Overall experience was very bad. No proper room service and lots of noise in the morning. I had a booking for 2 Adult and 1 Kid and they only provided a single bed blanket. One towel only. Pathetic staff and service.

The room did not even have a window, the AC just managed to run, the room had to be approachded through a dark shady banquet hall and kitchen quarters and the room stincked of cigarrete smoke. We checked out within 1 hour of checking in. Will be happy if somebody can call me to discuss in details.

Comfortable and location was good . Staff not too friendly.

Very good hotel within low budget. Big rooms with well ventilated system, good room service and quality food.
