The room which I booked was not in good condition. Bedsheet was also dirty. I had to change the room and paid difference of tariff for higher tariff room (honeymoon suit). Food quality is also very poor.

I was on my honeymoon trip. We were happy with their services especially their food and location. The area is peaceful. The staff is also very helpful.

Very bad service and room. I booked suit, but that room is like a local hotel room.

The hotel is located about 1 km away from the meadow. Very bad, muddy and dirty approach road. Rooms are very small, only good part is that if you are lucky you can have a good view of mountain ranges. Food is ok, but definitely not a recommended hotel, and if it rains it becomes pathetic. We didnÂ’t like it.

The hotel is very nicely located near the meadows and in front of the snow clad mountains. The room size and condition are also okay. You feel sad when the food quality, service in the rooms and assistance in local transport come in play. The staff is also insensitive towards the medical needs. Low involvement of the Manager. They need to improve.
