Shervani Hilltop Reviews, Nainital

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. I stayed there for three days and enjoyed the genuine hospitality of the staff. Location, room service and food is worth to appreciate.

This would be the only property in Nainital which can be truly categorised as a resort. Located in close proximity of the Lake, the resort is extremely peaceful and allows you to connect with the nature without any hindrance from the bustling traffic on mall road. The rooms were extremely clean, the architecture and design of the resort was appealing. I will have to give 100+ points to the service and quality of food at the resort. The staff was extremely humble and proactive. The food being served is prepared fresh and is of the finest quality and taste. They offer a very convenient shuttle service to the mall road every 30 mins, but at the same time, they would accommodate your request even if you called for a pick up or drop in between the scheduled hours. There is a separate activity area which offers you a chance to spend some time indoors playing table tennis, carom, Foosball, chess, board games and something that i dint expect, that was the PS3 gaming console.

Good rooms. Food was tasty and healthy. Smiling faces of the staff with always yes attitude service at all time. Greenery and flowers were also well maintained.

It is a fantastic property with a beautiful view of the surroundings and beautifully maintained. Services are good, food is not exceptional but it is all inclusive in the package. We drove to the hotel and it was a bit challanging to reach the hotel, especially towards the end. We booked a suite and it was spacious however the rooms were smaller from what we had anticipated. There are some activities for children in the evening like magic shows or puppet shows which was a welcome change for our 4 yr old son. He did like the children activity room a lot which is open until 10.00 pm. Few Negatives - Bathroom tiles are slippery and you need to be careful especially with kids around, same goes for the pathway which is actually all stones. You would expect a better bed and Mattress for 11,000 rs/night which the hotel should look into, also housekeeping could improve a bit.

Excellent hotel, wonderful food, amenities & cleanliness.

Hotel was very good. The only dissatisfaction I had was there was some paint work going on in the hotel due to which I was not allowed to enter my room several times by the workers. I was having a kid of two years with me and I has to wait outside for 30 minutes in a cool evening. Hotel service were good. I enjoyed my stay in Nainital in Shervani Hilltop. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

A very good overall experience with good hospitality, friendly staff and a hygienic place to stay in. Good for a one who has gone in search of peace and a good hill station experience.

On arrival was made to wait for 20 minutes before the room was given. Front office needs to buckle up as fully dependable on industrial trainees who have no clue about the place or hotel.

I think in one line I can say Hotel Shervani is synonymous to "just enjoy".

It's a nice hotel with very good food. I think they have good cooks. Although located very high up on the hill but views were not great at all and room service was little bit slow but you can expect this in mountains...due to cold may be...overall hotel is the best bargain after all food is really very good and cleanliness is best.
