The hotel is excellent and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Although all the staff is very courteous, the efficiency of requested service could be improved.

We had a memorable and wonderful time at Sheraton Udaipur. At the very onset, the location of the hotel does not look that impressive since it's not on the banks of a lake, but its a very good property. Two beautiful and well maintained lawns in the hotel greet the visitors, the lighting of the hotel at the night looks very aesthetic and beautiful. The room No. 2237 allocated to us on 2nd floor was over looking the swimming pool and was quite well maintained, clean and nice, I will rate it 4+.The most remarkable thing about the hotel had been the staff. Well behaved, disciplined, friendly, exceptionally cultured and very sweet . The front desk people to name few Mr. Vivek, Mr. Sandeep were very helpful to almost all the guests. The restaurant and food was exceptionally good, a lot of variety at buffet breakfasts and dinners that we had. Again the staff at restaurant, to name a few Ms. Malini, Ms Juhi, Mr. Bhanwar, Mr. Surendra and all others were nice and well mannered. A few negative points that we noticed were a lot of mosquitoes near the fountain in garden, terrace not open to guests and some water retaining problem in the shower panel of room.But I believe when humans are good these physical things don't matter. The hotel gives the best human touch to the guests, we have not only brought the memories of the hotel and the place but the smiles the staff carried and greeted us with.

Sheraton is an excellent hotel overall, but we felt it can be better. The rooms are good with a lake view but a balcony in the room would add to the beauty. In-room food menu is very limited, and quite expensive. Breakfast buffet is very good. Hotel staff is just excellent and very caring, we were with an infant, and almost all of them had fun with him. At this time, there is shooting going on for Kingfisher calendar girls 2012, which added to our trip's attraction. Overall, we had a great time there!

Wonderful Hotel, modern and fresh. Great food buffets with live music. Very courteous staff. Smoothly functioning Hotel, nice location. Good Value especially with the Food buffets included.

While food was good, there was a stench in the room coming from the AC - had to buy room freshener spray to survive - certainly not 5 star.

Hotel is 15 minute auto ride from the city itself. Rooms are good and clean. Very noisy - all noise in hotel lobby carries into the room. Breakfast area cramped - had to wait for table. Staff very, very courteous and helpful which made the stay satisfiable.

Amazing place to be in. Well trained staff and hospitality in their make ur stay just memorable.

Uncooperative staff. Can not visit the hotel if you are travelling with kids. Even food is not good.
