I was shocked of the attitude of the person at the reception and shabby room. No hot water available for any purpose. No sockets in the room even for you mobile recharge. TV is so old and the cable provided is good for nothing.

The service of the hotel is slow. Also, the upkeep of the rooms can be improved significantly. The food quality is good.

It's stinky, dampen lobby. In luxury room, AC didn't work, Chairs & bed were full of dust. No way looks like 3 star hotel. No dirnking water in room. My room was exchanged but no better, still same AC & Water issue. Very disappointing experience.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Just as you enter Mathura and touch the main city via NH 2, this hotel is right there and very easy to locate. I did not have to ask anyone to locate this hotel. With just enough parking space, it took me a minute to park my vehicle and get to the reception. Check in process was very smooth and the staff was very professional. There is not much to do inside the hotel. So the best thing to do is catch a rickshaw and head towards the cramped streets & markets of Mathura to get the zaika & then do what everyone visits Mathura for - get religious.

Hotel has good service as far as room service is concerned but housekeeping is not up to the mark.

No toiletries provided despite asking several times. Taxes charged seemed to high to me on food. Rest it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was good staff was good. Overall Sheetal Regency is a good hotel. Non vegetarian food is not provided by the hotel. Food is so good.

Near to Krishna Janam Bhumi, with vegetarian diet and tour and travel assistant. Ideal for religious tourists. I was there on Krishna Janmashtami

Room service was very poor. Basic facilities like proper lighting was missing, serving of tea & water was extremly late. Hotel did not provide the bill for room rent while checking out. However, hotel staff was very polite and soft spoken.
