This boutique resort boasts of 21 rooms and villas, exquisitely placed amongst the natural flora and fauna of spices, fruits and flowers. The resort offers the Kerala Cottage, Honeymoon Cottage and the Elegant Cottage. All rooms are beautifully designed with amenities like direct dial telephone, tea/ coffee maker and a fire place (in some rooms only). Every room has an attached washroom with hot and cold running water.

Dining
The resort offers 2 restaurants and one lounge. The Falling Leaves is an al fresco restaurant with a delectable range of local and international cuisines. The spices, herbs, coffee, vegetables are handpicked from the kitchen gardens. Hibiscus is a poolside retreat for or sampling the home grown tea and coffee. The organic home grown vanilla flavoured coffee with fresh scones from the kitchen are a must try. The Red Lounge is a classic place, where one can sit by the fireplace and enjoy a wide range of liquors.

Facilities
The resort boasts of a swimming pool and the Ayurvedic Garden Spa for a completely relaxed holiday. The resort also offers conference options in two lounges, each with a seating capacity of 10 people. This is backed by AV equipment available on request.
