Good location with neat rooms and affordable rates...

Perfect Place... Nice rooms. Good Service....

Standard of the room is perfect and had a great experience. Room service was also excellent. Though House keeping was good but there are some things which are not up to the mark as they left behind the pillow cover inside the washroom and bathroom glasses were not cleaned properly. The entrance of the hotel is not good and the lobby is quite small. I'm satisfied to the core with all the room facilities except very few things which was offered/shown at the time of booking like DVD Player, Iron and Iron Board and Fruit Basket. The only thing which made me unhappy is their restaurant room services as they said only some snacks could be provided and everything was limited too. Overall I'm really satisfied with the room and the services as we not going to sleep in the lobby or neither at the entrance. If they could improvement in these areas then I think this is the best value for money staying at the core of the city and I would definitely come if I have to visit again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location centrally, with all shopping avenues around. The food was definitely expensive.

We came back for 2nd time! However this time round the cleanliness which brought us back was not up to the mark. And we woke up one morning without a single towel in the bathroom. Requested wake up call did not happen either. Service is courteous and attentive. Despite the glitches it still remains a good city center hotel.

A value for money,hotel with very clean and well appointed rooms. Courteous and attentive staff. Although which we expected was non existent during our 5 days stay, a limited choice breakfast-on-order was served with great attentive service. Value for money, excellent location and clean rooms. Perhaps, that will make us come back again.
