Very poorly maintained rooms & bathroom.Lighting arrangement haphazard,can't view face in mirror.So called swimmimg pool is not fit to swim.Only good thing thing is it is true to its name.

Hotel need a renovation. No lift and tariff is too high comparing to the room condition. They serve only veg. food which is least expected when you visit a place such as Alibag famous for sea food. Only the location is best.

Though I did not expect too many facilities in a non_AC room, it could have been better.. Following were some of the glaring lapses:- 1. Bed was too low and one had to crawl in and out of it. Marble skirting around the bed gave it a hard cold feeling. 2. Lighting arrangements in the room were totally unimaginative. Dressing table did't had a light . No light on top of wash basin and I had hard time completing my shave. No light inside the closet. 3. The lid of the co mod was precariously positioned on one hinge which was threatening to come off every time we touched it. 4. While the bed sheet found to be clean, the blankets were of very low quality,short and uncomfortable. 5. Though the painting of the room was new and pleasant, it has already started peeling off at many places. 6. Food & service at the Avni hall was good. 7.Reception counter cud have been more friendly. Hotel needs little more tidying up... However a great sea view made up for the other short-comings...
