Great location as well as service. However, the room reeked of cigeratte smoke.

Except for the fantastic sea view - the service levels are very poor. With such a good view probably the hotel management thought that they can get away with bad quality of service and sub-standard and highly rated food. Room ACs are in pathetic condition. The toilet fittings are in poor shape. The hotel lobby is looking good and all other areas need a good make over.

We received a very warm welcome on the arrival. The staff was very courteous. The room service too was excellent and was really fast. The view from the room was mind blowing...the location is superb and would recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to kanyakumari..only the parkingg space is a bit restricted. but overall it was a great experience. Thanks a lot to makemytrip

Service particularly at the restaurant and the quality of food, was not great. The upkeep of hotel also needs improvement - sofa in lobby was in bad condition, amenities in room not in good shape etc. But the people were generally friendly & helpful.
