Hotel is suitably located in the city. Poor management. There was no hot water facility and cable connection for TV is too bad.

Hotel rooms are excellent, clean and maintaining standards but the service is slow basically in housekeeping. Room service is also slow.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Highly uncourteous staff, dirty room, sad breakfast spread, pathetic taxi service. I'm trying hard to write something good about the hotel, but I'm not getting any.

A good hotel for the price. Only negative is that there are no easy transport, malls, shopping centres around the area. The hotel itself is great.

Though the location is okay, the services provided, food and courtesy is very poor . I will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

With the price and facilities, I found this hotel attractive. The staff was courteous, room was clean and with every required thing. I have stayed in other hotels in the same area but found this one as value for money.
