Room was alloted when the building works going on. On request they given another room. Business desk is useless.

Hotel is well located and highly recomended for families. Rooms seems to be refurbished. Staff is freindly and also reasonably priced returants are located within waking disctance along with a high quality mall. Do excercise the option of borrowing their bike for a morning ride to Marina beach.Hotels seeming getting renovated witha new nightclub. Its pure value for money. Just a tip if you plan to go around the city /Mahabalipuram etc leave early by 7.30 to avoid the traffic

Good service, helpful and friendly staff.

Had problem with the door lock. Had to wait outside the room several time. Staff were polite but they were not able to fix the problem even on the next day. The window glass and the mirror in the bath room were dirty. The flush lever in the toilet was loose. There were no extra tissue. One of the bed side lamp was not working. Overall the hotel did not live up to the standard of a 4star except for the price. But the complementary break fast was good and well served

I wont recommend this hotel as the fail in the forte of any hotel , Rooms. The hotel room was full of smoke and smell, the bathroom had cockroches. The beds and linens where very average, for the premium they charge I expected much better. The had reasonably good breakfast and lunch in their piano restaurant , with extra choices of different style available within the hotel. However they are usually not on time to start their buffet, usually 5-10 min later than the start time of the buffet.

Good ... will opt to stay here on my next trip to Chennai

Wow! I really had an awesome time at hotel Savera. The swimming pool & the restaurants were really in high standard. Being a creative photographer I've really got the opportunity to click some great Sunrise pics in the early morning at Marina beach due to the hotel location very near by the beach. Hospitality and the staff were really great and made me the feel of luxury and comfortable at hotel. Double thumbs up.

I did't find any dificulty in check in and check out
