Well maintained, good service.

Not worth for that particular cost. Rooms are not maintained properly and standards are very low. I would say to all ,please do not recommend for others. Every where in the AC smelling very badly and buds in the beds and bed spreads are very badly smelling. All my family got sick due to AC.

Bath room can be better, food not good..

I was received well at the Airport and at the Hotel Lobby. The Room although I spent just under 6 hours was pathetic. For the price I paid it looked like I was staying in a Red District with my family. The state of the Washroom was shocking. Outside on the window balcony there was so much of bird shit a bag would have been full. The Electrical sockets were hanging out of the wall. The food was exorbidantly pricey. It was a wrong choice that I made. I complained to the reception but nothing came of it. Not even an apology.

Hotel is very good. Awesome food at the Piano restaurant. However the room allotted to me does seem to have aged. The bathroom wasn't exactly 4 star level either. They probably need to address issues like those. But otherwise definitely a very good place to stay in. Excellent service.

Well, I liked the stay except one or two things 1) A little patch works have to be done on the doors, especially wash room doors 2) Once you remove the curtain you see the rusty water pipes I guess which make unpleasant look. Rest everything went fine.

Well Located. Sprawling Lobby & Open Yards. Excellent Food. Hotel appears a little run down. Rooms bore wet patches on the walls, bathroom sink was painted to appear neat, handle bars were coming off, Electric Switches were too worn out and some even coming off the wall. I had to remove an electric bulb to put off that light since the switch was not working. Towels were shabby. Bed was clean and tidy.

This is one of the older and reputed hotels of Chennai. Unfortunately, the rooms are poorly maintained. Paint is peeling off, the telephone had lots of disturbance. Curtains were not closing properly. Cost of food is very high. I booked this hotel as room rates were reasonable, but ended up paying much more as dinner was very expensive. I do not recommend this hotel.

I think you have to repair toilets, room by room, and to check quality of water or water tank . Last friday 26th august, the water in the bathroom was dirty in the beginning. During winding small window has opened. I have fixed it by curtain.
