Service is 5/5,food was very cheap and 5 star quality,room service was too good,we opted for a low budget room but they shift us to a much better room for no cost. I recommend this to everyone..

Hotel and its services was good but it is 8 KM from the main Manali (The Mall) which too far. otherwise everything was excellent.

I spent 4 nights in Sarthak resorts and they ensured my stay was as smooth as possible. To begin with they were prompt in picking me up from the Manali bus stand by sending the Driver/Vehicle Info via SMS when I was still at Kulu. Next there was no delay of any sort while checking in. I checked in to my room and the person explained the system and room service options. The room was every-bit we had seen on the website, You can say it was an exact replica of the photos on site. I had requested for a room heater and it was delivered within 2 minutes of me checking in. They have variety of Food options, South, North, Chinese and Continental. However, I opted mostly South and North and I paid extra to the person who supplied the food to our room because I was amazed by the quality and taste of the food. The next best food I had in Manali was on a mountain near Jaana Water falls (Local Manali food). I would definitely recommend this hotel just for food and service alone.

Very far from Manali. All arrangement handling need to be reconsider due to distance. also construction going on. Week restaurant. Food very good. Room service excellent.

Very nice rooms with beautiful view from the balcony. Nice restaurant and breakfast. 8 km away from the center of Manali, which can be a downside.

My one week stay at Sarthak Resorts was simply wonderful. The view from the room was spectacular, with the Himalayan mountain ranges going on and on as far as the eye can see. The room was very nice with a bathtub and running hot water 24/7. Room service was also excellent, and anything we ordered was served promptly within half an hour. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging taxis and also adventure activities. Overall it was very memorable and if I go back to Manali, I am surely staying in Sarthak again.

Hotel is located in outskirts of Manali, good breath taking view from my room. Interors were very nice wooden finishing. Good hotel, recommended for them who want a calm holiday with family. Food and room service was nice, in short value for money.

ItÂ’s a lovely hotel offering excellent valley view and great place for long peaceful vacations in the lap of nature. It is recommended to visit here self contained for vehicle as this resort is little away from city.
