Very good

Very nice hotel with international standard in India. Good location near to the shopping mall, very nice food, wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. We simply loved our stay in Sarovar...we will look for other hotels of same chain in other states of India.

The hotel has a good new clean property. Excellent location. Friendly staff.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. While the hotel amenities were still pretty good, I noticed perhaps a decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. I noticed a couple of cockroaches in my room and the empty food trays of guests seem to stay outside the doors for a while. The hotel still has very good service and I would stay there again on my next visit to Indore.

The checking time was forever and after all this they gave me keys to a room which was already occupied, which was a very embarrassing experience for me. They look my licence as an ID proof and they told me that I would get it at my room which took almost 30 minutes. The electrical connections in the changed room were not working and the room had cockroaches to deal with. All in all it is a very poor experience for me, completely opposite to the last time I stayed here. The staff except at the security was also not friendly.

I think the location of the hotel is perfect. I was on an official visit to Indore. It was a good option and helped me and my client to interact in more friendly way. All the things were easily accessible. I liked the hotel and wish to stay in a Sarovar hotel in future.

The hotel is a great premium business hotel and delivers all that it promises with its positioning. Rooms are excellent, location is excellent as it is in the same building as a big shopping mall and in the heart of the city. An experience much better than what I was expecting and great value for money.

Overall excellent experience, I think the best services I have ever owned in any hotel..I wouldn't even think of staying in any other hotel, really overwhelming experience.
