The Hotel was fine. We booked the Hotel basically for the Heater facility. But unfortunately it was not working on that day. During the night it worked for some time and then went off, which never came back. We have not expected this from a star Hotel. Other than that we have asked for Hot water which was not served. In a cold environment these two things people will expect, but both were not proper in place. Totally disappointed with that. I still do recommend this Hotel ( Hopefully Heater will work and Hot water will be provided when required) because there are not much Hotels at Badrinath but it was not really worth money.

Though the facilities were great but the follwing need be brought to attention of the Management. Hotel was charging an attrocious sum of Rs 120/- for an hour for Internet in the lobby. The reason for such high charge was given that there are no other facility for internet in Badrinath. This is a wrong business policy. I was able to get Internet via wifi cards using Airtel. Secondly the Massage or the SPA is a shame for such a good hotel. The place/mats were dirty and cold without heater. The attendent did not have any idea of how to respect personal dignity. Personal hygiene of the massage person leaves a lot to be desired. More over masseur was inexperienced.

This hotel came as a pleasant surprise in the remote area of Badrinath! Running hot water, tea at 0400 hrs, excellent lobby space, very convenient parking, night shelter for drivers, excellent food and very accomodating kitchen staff who prepared dinner tailored to the need of the guests. I am tempted to hold a mini-conference in this hotel [:)].
