The house keeping service is only complain. Best for 2-3 nigths stay as ideally located and very good rooms.

The hotel location is such that it is an end of destination after a day's work. The location outside is a typical slum area (music blaring most of times) with no hang-out places within walking distance. Once you are in the room, ambience is ok, staff is warm & very receptive - although at times very shy to fully comprehend guest's requirement. Overall staff courtesy + food + clean bedding + room charges can be rated as Very Good & value for money.

Everthing was fine except the reception of my guests during my stay at hotel. As a business hotel, all type of people would come there to visit me. No need to ask like that.

This was ealier "The Riviera" as is still popularly known across. The staff is old and warm... location is a bit tad but close enough to all important destinations.
