Santana Beach Resort, Goa

The Santana Beach Resort is located at Dando Candolim in North Goa. The Dabolim airport is 45 kilometres away, Thivim railway station 18 kilometres away, Panjim 11 kilometers away and the bus stop, just a 2 minute walk away. The resort is within walking distance from the Candolim beach.

The resort is located at Candolim in an expanse of lush green lawns and against the sound of the waves from the sea. The resort is nicely cuddled into a row of buildings each housing a couple of rooms ensuring complete privacy. The reception area is done up like a shack and serves as the lobby with a small library and a phone booth.

Hotel Facilities
One thing that is hard to miss here is the small but beautiful swimming pool. The onset of the pool next to the lawn and restaurant makes it more appealing. A quick swim and you can head for a wholesome meal into the restaurant.

The resort offers a whole range of facilities like a foreign exchange counter, Ayurvedic massages, sightseeing and excursion trips, laundry and housekeeping services, travel assistance, locker facility, and car rental services. During season time, the hotel also arranges for live music for guest entertainment.

Room Amenities
The resort offers 33 Studio Apartments equipped with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The apartments have satellite television, telephone, air conditioners, tea coffee maker, mini bar, sofa cum bed and balconies. Some of the rooms are sea facing while others are garden facing. The washroom though small, is clean and equipped with basic amenities like soap, shampoo and towels.

Dining
Besides the swimming pool and amongst the tropical plants in the gardens, is Olegario's, Santana's own pool-side bar and restaurant. At Olegario's you will find a superb menu offering you a variety of dishes from all over the world.

For the seafood-lovers amongst you, we recommend the Spaghetti alle vongole or the Goan Fish Caldin but the BBQ Spare ribs and Chicken Tikkas will also get those taste buds going.

From Santana, walk down the path towards the sea and right on the beach you will find Calamari Bathe & Binge. Now in its fourth year, Calamari is a well-established restaurant offering a variety of cuisines, with Goan dishes as their specialty.
