Hotel was good and staffs were even cooperative. The only problem I faced is with the main door, that was bit jammed and the toilet door was not closing. But the value for money is surely 100%

Loved the hotel. The location is very good, right a cool 10 min walk from centre of Shimla. Quieter place with a very good view of the valley from my room. I wish there was a restaurant though. The one thing where the hotel could get better is more supplies in bathroom. Highly recommended. I would be back here again.

The hotel staff were helpful and in house food was also good. The location is at a walking distance from Mall Road Main Market. The hotel's car rent facility is also fab and the driver provided by them was great.

This is the best budget hotel I have ever visited. The rooms are in a quite spacious and in a very good condition. Nice and clean. There are no restaurants near the hotel. The nearest vegetarian restaurant is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, on the Mall Road. The hotel also has a pantry service which provides a few varieties. Overall it is a good hotel and provides the best value for money.

There is one good remark and one bad remark. The food being served by the hotel is from owner's own kitchen anf so food is just like home made food. And one bad remark is about their couches and furniture- they are very weak.

This is a cheap okay kind of hotel with peaceful location that too very neer to the bus stand and the mall road. Staff is cordial and attentive. Food quality needs to be improved.

I like the 4-bedded room. The location of the hotel is not the best but it is in the good location if we want to access to the market. Not noisy. But there is problem on hot shower but it is usual for India. Overall, it is worth every rupee spent on.

Hotel is good. Only problem we faced was the checkout. There was a kind of pressure to "get out of the room" before 12 noon and this was in progress from early morning as soon as the first one of us stepped out of the room. Have never seen it before in any hotel. In fact, got extensions of 30-60 minutes in other hotels. But here things are different.

I found the hotel satisfactory in terms of service and location. Rooms need some upgradation. Cost wise not very reasonable. But behaviour of hotel administration is very good. I recommend this hotel provided cost wise it is competitive. ItÂ’s very good.

They charged Rs 150 for an Rs 15 water jug which broke accidentally since it was old & already in a ready to break condition. So, be alert. Don't take the tour package from the hotel.

Hotel is located near High Court. Its rooms are small but nice. Service is good. They neither have cab nor restaurant but still manage well for the guests. Plus point is that it is near car parking of Hight Court. Hence for local travelling it is good. Near Mall Road, I can say, almost at one end, hence it is also an added advantage. One does not need to get confused while moving on Mall Raod; I mean from the direction point of view only. Owner is a gentleman. Best of stay.

At the time of check-in time it is 6.00 AM we are knocking the door of the hotel for one hour . It is so horrible situation when you traveled at full night and wait for the room i.e. informed the hotel before one day by telephone for early check-in. it is 1.5km away from Mall road. Food is not good . they do not have restaurant. They charged 50% of d room rate for early check in. It is not for a family to stay because the stairs are narrow.Overall unsatisfactory.

Good value for money. It is a good budget hotel. Rooms are small but enough for couple. But one precaution please donÂ’t book your tour package with tour agency located in Sansar Hotel. They donÂ’t respect their customers. Please hire from outside. Food menu is limited not much choices. Overall I recommend this hotel but not Himalayan tours located inside this hotel.

Hotel was good as such. But was a bit inside, but still ok. But no one at the reception. We had to wait for half an hour for a person to come on the reception. DoesnÂ’t have staff at all. Just one boy who manages reception as well as who cooks food. But rooms were ok. And view was also pretty good. Ok for bachelors.

I had booked a three bed room in this hotel. The hotel being in the vicinity of High Court, taxis are not permitted up to the hotel and I had to walk with my luggage about 100 meters. Three Bed Room is a bit congested one. Blanket's cover was not clean. Room is not provided with any cloth hanging facility. Hot and cold water facility is there so it was good. Overall, a middle class accommodation.

After reaching the hotel at 10 o'clock, hotel person was asked for Rs. 400 for extra 2 hours because we reached 2 hours earlier. Room was very very small and staying in that room seems we are put into the jail. After investigations I came to know that there were few rooms available but authority person said that the room is for more than 2 persons. Since this is peak season it is your wish to stay or to leave. We were surprised and have no other way.

This hotel was not good at all. Firstly, there was nobody at the reception when we arrived at the hotel. After waiting for exactly 10 minutes a person came for formalities regarding check-in. Secondly whenever we wanted to order something we were continuously dialling room service, but there was no one to pick the phone. On dialling 10-15 times then a person comes to take the order. When the order is delivered that is not up to the mark. In other words, I ordered bread omelette, it was served after 40-45 minutes and that also not hot as expected. My experience in this hotel was really disappointing.

The hotel is located at the end of the mall road so you have to walk along the ridge area. The hotel dos not offer food like lunch or dinner, you have to arrange it your self.

This is not a kind of hotel that I recommend it to any person, the rooms are suffocating and there is not a bit of cleanliness in the hotel, our rooms were not cleaned during our stay, curtains and mattresses were stinking. Room service is not provided for all the 24 hours. Food was of good quality.

Hotel location is convenient but not nice, also there was not that good outside view as we were thinking. There was no balcony and the windows were very small. Bed was not in good condition. No regular cleaning and changing of bed sheets. We had better options and offers on hotels in this price when we reached. I would not suggest anyone to go for this hotel. The travel agency of the hotel also charged more money from us when we booked an alto car with them. A BIG No.

The services provided by hotel were very bad. Hotel staff and owner both were non cooperative. I will never suggest to anybody to visit in that hotel. They denied to give us food and taxi. There was no power backup. When we asked for power then they replied please wait until power comes. When we call for anybody for room service nobody was there. Even they cut off the line of telephone at night so that nobody can call them at night.

No room service available, no waiter or attendant or receptionist available. Even bed sheets were tear (big holes in it). Please remove this hotel from your list other wise MakeMyTrip's impression will damage.
