Behaviour of the hotel front office manager is not good.

Very poor service. Lemon grass fragrance was over sprayed. Due to very high spray my wife got severe headache and whole evening spoiled. Hot water was not coming from the tap all the times when we enquire they said it is solar and due to climate it is not coming. Room telephone was not working. Otherwise it was ok. But not a pleasant experience for the money we pay.

It was one of the excellent hotels that I have stayed. Very comfortable room with very friendly service. However there were also some things that the hotel has to complicit. They should keep menu card and facial tissue in the room. They may also consider providing mineral water to the guests as complement. Any way I would rate this hotel as excellent.

Good hotel, but steep price for a non air-conditioned room. A new hotel and everything is good.
