I especially booked an upgraded room to get a large bed as I am 6' 4" tall and paid all in advance. I arrived at 1am just wanting a good night sleep and was told I was to be downgraded to a Std Twin room. VERY frustrating; won't stay there again.

I felt so secure and reassurred from the time of the Airport pickup. I knew that this was a Hotel that cared for their guests. The security was impeccable. The service and staff were excellent. Made me feel at home. Makemytrip helped it make possible. Thanks.

A nice hotel in a fantastic location. Perfect for quick trips in and out of Mumbai due to its proximity to the airport. The toilet only had toilet paper. A health faucet would be appreciated by their Asian guests.

Location of the hotel being just outside the domestic terminal is most ideal for both business and holiday. The architecture of the hotel and overall ambience of the facility is unique. Services offered, attitude and behavior of the staff are professional, customer focused and value for money.
