They should improve check-in and check-out facility so guest will not suffer on part of time wasting. Welcome of guest is not there.

Yes the kind of place I want to be in once again.

I stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the Airport since I was in Transit. Great location for that. Overall nice clean rooms, great room service. The only grouse was that I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my room to be ready at check-in.

Claustrophobic reception area. Murky water in taps, washbasin.

Not happy.

They don't have taste of in room dining.

Very clean, people very kind, food very good. I didn't try pool/sauna. Service taxi between hotel and airports good but be careful because sometime the conductor try to make you sign a paper saying you will pay "if" there is an extra for the course. I refuse to sign without any problem. They give us a room with only two bed as we were 3 : the child did not have bed but we paid it. Finally they give us a camping-bed.

The hotel seems to be a 5 star but lacks that refinement in the services and amenity, overall the hotel is good value for money for business travelers on short visit. It's almost inside the airport premises, and have very good pick-up and drop service. The breakfast was 3 star, not upto the mark, but the dinner I ordered in room was very good in preparation and portion. I hope the hotel is finished externally soon, as it looks little ugly from outside but once you steep in, it's good. Specially the center of the hotel is a must see.
