Hotel location and service was nice except you have to check-out at 11 am , and Room service was good, Room was clean and nice.

We occupied the Honeymoon suite room. Its very nice and beautiful. Thanks to all.

The hotel was located in a good area, easy access to the beach, shopping and other amenities and services. The hotel was newly opened so the architect and decor was both modern as well as traditional looking. The staff were very friendly and could not be more helpful. However, the driver that the hotel booked us with for the day, seemed self interested and did not enjoy the trips that we went on with him. He seemend intent on collecting his commission by taking us to shops and restaurants he had a cut in, rather then where we wished to eat to shop at! He also was not very friendly or approachable.

Very nice hotel with good location. Very cooperative staff. Good hotel to stay in Kovalam.

One of the biggest hotels in Kovalam with 92 rooms and plenty of open spaces for parking and recreation. It has two swimming pools. A narrow alley from the lowest floor directly ends at the beach. Rooms are good. Food is good and all variety available. If you are ready to pay the bill, which is a bit high.

The hotel staff was good. Taxi service was also good. Service bit slow.

This hotel is a nice one in all respect except the following. The food habits of all the regions of our country should be given a thought and to be incorporated in the menu of the hotel restaurant.
