The room was fine, as was the hotel. We were very annoyed that the advertised restaurant was not open, and we got a couple of disgusting breakfasts from them that was supposed to match the dining room experience we expected.

It's an okay hotel, the staff are friendly. The location is fantastic, only 2 minutes walk from the ferry to Kochi.

Hotel has good conditions but it is situated in a very noisy area and the staff are completely unefficient (sleepy receptionnist unable to do the check out correctly, didn't find the voucher I gave when doing the check in, plus no bill given to me, and so I was late to go to the airport).
