very neat, well designed with almost all facilities of 5*. Only poor service reflected when asked for airport vehicle, was informed that all hotel vehicles already booked and I had to mak booking on my own to Meru cabs.

While the hotel building is fine and rooms are quite fine, the service really does not match. I had reserved airport pickup through email and got a confirmation back from the hotel - but there was no pickup available at the airport. When I called the reception, to their credit, quickly managed to arrange for a cab at the airport (which I had to pay in cash and I was lucky enough to be carrying enough cash!). On first day, I had to call 5-6 times over a period of 1 - 2 hours (both room service and reception) and finally go down to the reception to be able to order for some evening snacks. On the final day, I had requested for a 5:30 pm airport drop for 8:40 pm flight as suggested by the reception. When I reached the hotel at 5:25, the taxi was nowhere and the reception promised to get it arranged within 5 minutes - after lots of follow up, the taxi finally showed up at 6:20 resulting in missed flight! This caused many cancellations and re-bookings since I had many advance bookings.
