It was a wonderdul experience to be at SP Grand Days. The warmth amd welcome by the staff was delightful. Room was good with all expected facilities. The food had thrilling variety in buffet. Overall wonderful experience.

The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible. The staff is courteous. The rooms are nice. If you are located on rooms at higher floors, then can enjoy panoramic view of Thiruvanathpuram city. One can easily get auto rickshaw's in front of the hotel. It is at a walking distance from Trivandrum Central Railway Station. Food is OK. Not much variety available. Overall experience is good.

What was available was a water tank instead of swimming pool,that too not in use.

Don't get a room on the 9th floor. There is no AC there the second time it has happened to me. But it's a good place to stay as the railway station is near by and if you are traveling by train, its a good palace to stay. And, its not the usual next to railway station bed bug ridden place. Infact the lower floors are quite good with good AC.

Good Hotel and excellent services. Only thing is they have to look in to the painting and the bed linen rest all great.

Great hotel, great location, great service. However, one of our rooms had a window pane leak so in the middle of the night we complained and then they shifted us immediately to another room. My parents stayed in another room and they had no problems whatsoever. Overall it was a great hotel with great service!
