Very conveniently placed hotel, just next to Ashram road i.e. heart of the city. I was extended a warm welcome by the staff and the check in process was effortless. I was given a room category upgrade on request. The ambience of the property, maintenance of rooms and friendliness of staff deserve appreciation. Breakfast buffet offers decent variety though the only available restaurant tends to get filled up and a bit noisy in the evenings. The food quality was good in the restaurant as well as for room service. You are occasionally disturbed by a train passing by on the railway line just behind the hotel. The bathroom was equally spotless as was the room. In all, it was a comfortable stay at a decent price with all the facilities and room amenities for a business traveller.

In contrast to the reservation which shows a booking of a suite room, at the first instance a deluxe room was allocated. After due arguments, suite room was allocated.

This hotel is a real value for money. Everything is fine, service is extremely good, location wise not perfect.

All is well, good service, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff... only if they had better surroundings / location.
