Bathroom was not so cleaned. Noisy AC. We (2 persons) were under AP plan. We did not get lunch due to sighteseeing . We had to take the dinner of price Rs.600 for two which comprises lunch+dinner costs.

Staff were unpleasant. Hotel was cleaned only when asked to do so and that too you need to show the staffs the extremely dirty linens. When inquired about why such bad condition of the hotel, off season is the excuse they gave. A hotel should be at the same condition all the time as guests do not have any concern about the same. I am totally disgusted and will never recommend any one to this hotel. Pathetic and a insult to hotels. A total waste of my money.

Room condition was very poor. A.c. was not operating. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Hot water system was not working.

Rooms should be cleaned on a daily basis.

First off the location of the hotel is good but not that much good because it is located around 2 kms away from beach. Quality of food for vegetarians is not that good at all. Its value for money when the price is mentioned. Overall nice hotel and surroundings.

The hotel looks good. The room is clean. The receptionist is always courteous and friendly. But I simply cannot give this hotel a good review. If I'd paid a minimal amount for the room, maybe, but definitely not value for money when I'm paying a good grand and a half. Service: The service is shabby. Room service is tardy; items that are expected in a room in any hotel are not present (a room service menu for starters!); the apprently "24 hours running hot water" does not run for the better part of the day; and if someone at the hotel tells you they will be up to your room to see to you whatever it is that you need, do not believe them, because it will take repeated reminders. Location: It's 2-3 km away from Calangute beach, and unless you enjoy walking in the midday heat, the location is not really great. Food: The food at the hotel is okay, nothing to write home about. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and would definitely not stay here again.

We had 3 nights/4 days reservation with this hotel. All the facilities which were written in the hotel package were fully provided to us on time. The hotel is located near Calangute Beach. Walking distance is of 15-20 minutes to reach beach from hotel. But the way to the beach is very good from hotel as all the shops/restraunts come on the way, so anyone can enjoy the walking. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner once in hotel and its taste was very good in comparison to outside restrauants. The photographs of hotel and room which are shown in MakeMyTrip.com are same.

Food was excellent at the hotel. Hotel was very good, no issues with that but the information given on your site about the location of hotel near to Calangute and Baga Beach is wrong. Both the beaches are 2-3 kms away from the hotel.

The swimming pool size is just like a pond. The resturant has 5 - 6 tables. Calangute beach is far from the hotel. If you walk it may take 45 mins and a taxi will charge Rs. 60 one way. Liquor is less expensive all over Goa compared to other states within India. You can hire a two wheeler 150 - 200 per day (petrol additional). Over all experience with this hotel is just OK.
