Rockland Hotel - Panchseel - TBD Reviews, Delhi

The booking was made for 2 people, which was clearly stated, still the hotel reception desk called several times to confirm that it was booked for 2 people. The staff was not friendly or courteous, and was quite intrusive. When guests stay at a hotel, it is to get away, and intrusive staff makes that experience much less desirable. Erroneous information was also given about items on the menu: we were told that the menu items would be available till midnight, and therefore opted to eat at the hotel, only to find out that they stopped serving their dinner items at 10 pm.
