The room that is given to you will be the worst available.Their super deluxe rooms are the only good rooms. Sheets, walls and curtains are dirty. Corner rooms' windows open in garbage heaps.

The hotel is located at peaceful environment and easily approachable location. The service and hospitality provided by hotel was excellent. Room condition was also very good. Parking facility was also good. The most memorable thing was quality and taste of food. I appreciate and recommend to others about the quality of food. The overall experience about our stay was excellent as compared to proper Shimla City.

Positive points: Everything is good in the hotel (locality, friendly helpful peoples, services etc.). Negative points: Since I was not aware of the exact location of this hotel, I travelled a long from Shimla (main city) to this place. If I know this earlier I would have plan the list of places to see very well in advance. South Indian foods will be added advantages.

Hotel location was just an issue for those who are not going by their own car as its around 15 Kms from Shimla and its very difficult if u want to spend time in main shimla city again and again.....otherwise hotel Rooms are upto the mark...10 on 10...Service is very good...food is very good....overall i am very much satified............

Hotel location is excellent but the connectivity with visiting place is very poor. No conveyance other then taxi to visit.
