The villa has ten rooms - six deluxe rooms and four classic rooms - all with timber flooring, having attached bathrooms with running hot and cold water and showers. The rooms are differentially priced to suit different budgets. They are further classified as single occupancy rooms and double occupancy rooms. Extra bed is also provided on extra charges. An array of facilities including telephone with national and international direct dialing and television are provided. The rooms offer panoramic view of the twin bazaars of Gangtok and Deorali and the neighbouring hills of Pakyong, Rumtek and Ranka.

Dining
The dining room faces a beautiful garden and serves delicious Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine. Tibetan and local dishes are also available on request. Meals served are based on a day to day fixed menu and can be had either at the in house restaurant or outdoors on the lawn dining tables. The bar serves an assortment of drinks including cocktails and light beverages.
