It is a nice place and value for money. It is about 0.5 km from main road and around 20-30 minute from the main market. So, rent a vehicle to venture out. One thing: Buffet lunch was not good at all.

Excellent food. Very well appointed rooms. Over all layout of the resort was superb. Very open and leisurely. The path from the main road to the hotel is quite narrow. An added service could be if they start shuttle service to nearby Calangute Beach.

The hotel was good , but donÂ’t be under the misconception that Calangute is 100 meters from hotel. Only a part of the beach is 100mts, the road to which is very dirty, while the beach is around 2km from the hotel. The hotel is a value for money although it is a narrow lane. The condition is good while the breakfast too is nice. Did not have lunch and diner so canÂ’t comment on the same.

The hotel is far away from the market and require a taxi to go out for lunch and dinner. The beach is nearby. The rooms are maintained neatly. Swimming pool is cleaned every day. Overall good ambience.

I really enjoyed the trip to goa. The resort is in close proximity to the famous and best beach in goa - 'calangute'. One can engage oneself in many leisure activities within and nearby the resort. As I was travelling with two infants, I was a bit worried initially but the staff and other extended arm of the resort (the cab driver) were really co-operative. Overall a very good and memorable trip.

When someone plans a family vacation and books a hotel package, he/she looks for it as a place where one can enjoy. This hotel is though hidden from the main route, but it offers the best stay one can get worth the money. Apart from services at reception, the improper behaviour of swimming pool in-charge, I would rate this hotel very high for honeymooners and families. The best part is the ambiance and pool within the complex. You do not feel like going out any where else. Overall, a great place with good atmosphere and lively eating joint.

Hotel is a good place to stay. The facilities provided by the hotel are as per shown/defined on the site. The only thing I would like the hotel to improve is the variety and quality of food. As per the menu card the hotel servers all type of food, but from some single variety there are not much options to choose.

Overall the experience at the hotel was very satisfactory. However there are certain aspects which could be improved to make the stay even better. The layout of the cottages could have been staggered the balconies face each other and this certainly impeaches on the privacy of the guests. The split air-conditioner in the room were not very effective especially during the nights. The door to the balcony requires a handle for opening the door once the guests are in the balcony and have kept the door closed in order to retain the cooling effects of the air-conditioner. The swimming pool needs to display no diving boards more prominently, presently it is displayed on the floor which is hardly noticeable. Info on the bar stools in the pool need to be displayed on the notice boards these stools are hidden underwater and new guests swimming underwater are prone to bang into these and get hurt. Ladies have to be strictly told to use shower caps before they enter the pool. Crab dishes could be added to the menu.

A quaint but fully loaded hotel about 100yards from serene less frequented part of Calangute Beach. A refreshing pool in the middle of Portuguese styled rooms completes the setup. Bar is well stocked, food is no great.

Quite cheap for central Panjim, and rather well located. But very limited service (not even breakfast service) and some promises are not kept (in-room internet access that the staff is unable to make it work). Acceptable value for money, but avoid the rooms on the river side, very noisy!

How often you wish that you are travelling to a place like Goa full with idyllic and scenic beaches and you get an accommodation right next to a beach complete with best in class rooms and facilities. Resort Terra Paraiso matches exactly that. It's just 2-3 minute away from the beach having world class rooms with an old European look, great food, excellent crowd and fantastic pool and not to forget live band performance near the pool. I will strongly recommend everyone visiting Goa to try out this beautiful resort.

The hotel was following close to American standards by providing bath tub, Jacuzzi amenities. They could also provide Jain food, which was very appreciable. However we had a feeling there were serving yesterday's leftovers in breakfast, which they should be careful not to do if they wanted to keep their reputation. A foreign couple we spoke to were also not too happy with the same. A la carte food was very good and fresh. However, they would have to be careful about food served in buffet system - keeping up to star standards. The beach was very nearby and the swimming pool was accessible throughout the day which was also very good.

It was after extensive research I decided to spend my short vacation in Goa at Terra Paraiso. If you are looking for a budget hotel with great location, friendly staff (all but one, will come to that later) and a decent restro-bar with average options, then this is the place for you. The beach is 2 minutes walk away and you can hire a scooter from the staff here to go around the town. The spa is ok and the pool is nice and well maintained. The food menu will suffice most however if you looking for great food presentation and serious dessert, you might want to dine out. The half day city tour was as per my expectations and both me and my wife liked. Coming back to the staff: the porter, the waiters, the receptionist, the spa lady, the house keeping guy, the pool cleaner, the driver and the guide were one of the most customer centric staff I have seen so far. However the manager (Mr.Devidas) needs some serious brushing of his management and customer handling skills.

Resort Terra Paraiso is a fine place for planning a Goa getaway if you want good peaceful place to stay but eat out. Rooms are good, with a balcony. The room decor and furnishing is in good taste. The staff is very friendly and available to help. My package allowed me airport pick up and drop which is definitely an advantage as the resort is around 1 hour away from the airport. The restaurant was a disappointment. Both the service and quality of food is average. Although my package included breakfast, I used the option only once. There wasn't much choice. On my last day I had my lunch there and was hugely disappointed. The cook/chef didn't know how to make mashed potatoes and there was a dead fly in the butter garlic mushroom that I ordered. In the name of gym, there is one tread mill and one multifunctional weight machine. Wi-fi is available but you have to pay for using it. There is no internet cafe, though the staff was helpful and offered usage of their own computer after 8pm.

Amazing room and just 5 minute walk from the beach. The breakfast is also good and tasty. This resort is a value for money and more than anything else the hotel rooms make you feel like a 4 star hotel. Hotel is very particular about check-in and check out as it was full during our stay. Staff can be a bit friendlier in terms of providing services. But overall I am very-very happy with this hotel for the money I have spent and the services received from them.

Stay at the Terra Paraiso has been an enriching experience. First look at the resort, and you get refreshed with the ambience and the facilities within. The suites are spacious and detailed well. Landscaping and the pool are well placed. The restaurant (Blue Bistro) serves some really delicious food and plays good music too. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Overall, the Terra Paraiso scores a 10/10 from me. The resort is already on my must stay list on a visit to Goa.

Hotel is a short stroll from the beach. Pool is nice and staff very friendly. Mini bar in the room is cheaper than restaurant! Breakfast appears a little dull, catering to Indian taste only. However, when my daughter asked for pancakes from the menu they were provided without extra charge! Very nice. Definitely recommend this hotel - was not charging much of a premium for water, beer, etc. than most of the hotels in Goa I stayed at.

We reached the Resort Terra Paraiso after travelling for around 24 hours. Obviously we were tired. The room we were given to was not the one that I had booked. We had booked Super Deluxe room whereas we were given Deluxe Room. So the first impression was not good. When asked why they answered that they did not have Super Deluxe Room available at that day but they promised to shift me to a better room in the very next day and also gave food coupon to compensate. So the negative points first - 1. They revealed that they have given us an inferior only after I suspected so. 2. Even after calling around 1 week before my travel, they could not keep my desired room ready as promised over phone. But we could not find any more negatives after that. - The food at the restaurant was good. - They shifted us even to a better room than what I had booked in the very next day. - The swimming pool was awesome. - The environment around the pool during the dinner time is really great.

Stayed for 3 nights, 4 days, with family and kids, enjoyed the stay, didnÂ’t have time to use swimming pool and indoor games, but pool was very clean and well maintained. Proximity to the beach is a plus point, buffet was good with adequate variety, water sports were available near the hotel at the beach. Had food at Buddha bar beach shack near the hotel, first time at a beach shack, really enjoyed it, though the taste was not that good, they take a lot of time to prepare the food, so order one hour in advance. Room service was good and prompt. Front office staff were very polite and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good with adequate variety. Pick up and drop was prompt. sightseeing trip was good only thing had to carry children on your lap since children were not given separate seats, my suggestion is that they can provide newspaper and city maps as complimentary to the guest as they are not that expensive. Very good value for money hotel, highly recommended for all age groups.

This hotel is not value for money. Hotel can't even provide complimentary water bottles everyday. There is no pick & drop to Airport. Service is bit late. Not value for money at all.

Terra Paraiso is nice small boutique resort located in the middle of Candolim-Calangute Area. First the location, finding the resort was easy with the help of a phone call to the resort. However, not many people on the street seemed to know the place. It is about a 5-minute walk from the main road, and can be a problem for single women/elderly to walk late night. However, the beach was hardly 2 min walk away which was a great advantage. The hotel is cleanly maintained, the rooms (I had booked a Super Deluxe) are spacious, clean and have small sit out areas with pool view. Bathroom was nice with a bathtub with Jacuzzi. Pool was clean and not very deep (max depth of about 5.5 ft), so a non-swimmer like me could also enjoy it very well. The areas where the hotel can improve is the food (variety is low, especially in the breakfast) and service - at the restaurant and reception. However, I consider these minor glitches and would not stop me from booking again at the resort/ or recommending it to my friends.

It is beleived that there is huge difference between hotel/room and home but the kind of service and staff support made it a home for us. It was a bad luck that the other couple along with us had suffered from food poisioning but the medical support and peace of the hotel made his recovery exceptionally fast. The pool was not deep but really well maintained.

The hotel has an excellent location and the quality of the rooms for the rates offered is really brilliant. The staff is mostly courteous and friendly but did not do anything extra than what was expected. Services however can be improved in terms variety in breakfast boufet spread, cleanliness of bedsheets and other linen in the room, the travel desk is not very adept at arranging taxis at well negotiated rates. The reception created a fuss about a 15 min delay in check out from the 12 noon timing. They needlessly hassled us with 3 phone calls in the room requesting us to checkout even before it was 12. This was uncalled for and left a bad taste to an otherwise pleasant and memorable trip.

The hotel is OK on all accounts except one i.e. location. The hotel is not on the main Calangute Beach although it is beach hotel. It is on the stretch, 2 km away from the main Calangute beach. The path to the beach from hotel is quite dirty.

We visited Resort Terra Paraiso in September. They had arranged airport pick-up for us. We received a very warm welcome at reaching along with a welcome drink. The check in was hassle free and quick. The room was very good with a spacious washroom and a decent balcony. The service was commendable. The waiter and other hotel staff were very friendly. We had opted for breakfast in our package which was also equally good. Rest all was fine, we had a very good time during our stay. In fact we liked it so much that we decided to stay on for one more day. Hopefully we will come back again next year.

Hotel was nice...especially pool...it was very clean & huge comparatively...rooms were ok...especially our room was leaking because some work was going on...weird smell was in the room...the food was ok...the housekeeping guy as well as bike hire agents Sanjay...he was shrewd guy...but I have a piece of advice for hotel that don't let these agents interfere in the hotel business as people are taking wrong hotel image...he was arguing with us on the hotel reception about money because he knew that we people were getting late for airport... the hotel staff was cooperative... One more thing to staff that don't commit your guest anything without checking as your hotel receptionist committed me hotel pick & drop when I did the booking & told me to remind hotel staff two days before coming...but when I called up they totally refused by saying it is not included in the package.. so that was little disappointing...

The resort is an excellent place to stay in Goa. Very near to all the famous beaches in North Goa. Great place to stay with excellent service. Rooms and bathrooms were very neat and housekeeping staff were also responsive. Booked 2 Super Deluxe rooms and got a complimentary upgrade to Suite. All in all a very very nice place to stay.

Location & Ambience: The resort is in Calangute (North Goa) and about an hours drive (48 kms) from Dabolim airport. It is a few steps from the beach (though the beach is not visible from inside the resort) and walking distance from market and bus stop, making it peaceful yet convenient. Lots of bike/ car rentals around. Facilities & Service: We went in off peak season (July end) but the resort was quite occupied. We opted for Superior rooms which boasted of a Jacuzzi and being pool facing. Though the Jacuzzi was a little disappointing (just an enhanced bath tub), the view was worth the extra money we paid for the room. The rooms were large and cleaned daily and room service was responsive. The bathrooms were reasonably sized, had a Jacuzzi bath tub and were quite clean and well kept as I would expect any good hotel to do. The pool was also well maintained and cleaned daily, but a few guests were going inside quite clothed and the management did not stop them which upset us a little. Food & Activities: The a la carte food at the restaurant was good, but took too long (30-40 mins) to be served. Buffet breakfast was not up to the mark at all for people who make it the best meal of their day, limited options and not too tasty! There were no organized events or activities inside the resort, though this could be because of off peak season. Better to call and ask if anybody is interested. Hotel does provide you with car or bike hire services. It may be a little costlier than outside, but is convenient, plus you can still negotiate. We also took a tour, which the hotel booked for us on request. The bus was a little rickety and looked like a govt. organized one, but it served our purpose and was quite convenient. Recommendation Overall, we were quite happy with our stay. All in all, I would recommend this resort to people who like to spend a peaceful vacation and do not like vast and bustling hotels!! Best part pool Worst part breakfast (but still bearable).

Considering the rates, this is one of the best properties in Goa with not so many rooms. Other hotels which are called 3* are just apartments with one swimming pool. Don't take food package while staying here.

Though I had booked and paid for 3 nights in a Super Deluxe room, I got only a Standard room for first night. Hotel had no intimation on my room booking type. Then, after a bit of argument - I did get the Super Deluxe for next 2 nights...but fact is: I did suffer for 1st night. Otherwise, the location of hotel is perfect and also the decor + facilities are all fine. The beach is just 100 mts, and you can see the Arabian Sea from main entrance of hotel. If the hotel service improves...it's a perfect stay.

Terra Paraiso is very well maintained, rooms are clean, staff is very helpful and courteous. The only low note is the mediocre food. The cocktails served are pathetic. Otherwise everything is extremely good about the hotel. Its location is fantastic.

Perfectly located hotel with excellent ambiance. Rooms are neat and clean and the room service staff is quick to respond. Had some concerns while checking out as reception staff was unable to explain some billed items, I had to sort it out. The front office staff seemed lost at times. The food was good and better from what I had at some restaurants in Goa. Overall a satisfying experience. My suggestion: if you are a beach lover and want a good place to stay as well, go to this hotel.

Nice well maintained resort, rooms are good spacious with balcony, but there is no outside view. Location is good being close to the beach (just 5 minutes walking distance). Swimming pool was small but very well maintained. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The hotel was a ahidden gem in the pearl of India. Beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. Not a shrub was out of place, the rooms were divine, clean, luxurious, each with own balcony and beautiful view. The service was prompt, with staff incredibly polite and eager to help your every need. Beautiful clean pool, and restaurant to match. Two minutes walk to the beach. If I ever return to Goa, the Terra Paraiso is where I would stay. Thoroughly recommend, for families, couples and singles.
