Staff slightly disorganized. No remote for the TV in the room, Bed creaks.

The rooms and hotel in general were very nice. The location was also very nice, overlooking the tennis courts. The service however leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the hotel restaurants.

The location of the hotel and as well rooms and services were excellent but food is highly expensive. Do negotiate with travels if you are availaing it.

It was a nice hotel. The location was really good. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was its food. That's where my rating goes down for it.

The design of the hotel was great but the staff seemed inexperienced. The air conditioning broke down at night and it was 33 degrees in the room.
