Excellent service. Food is great and location is next to station. Mindblowing experience.

The hotel is very well organised with a very efficient travel desk. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities. The staff is very courteous and well turned out. The service is excellent. The only draw back is the location which does not offer any good view. However, the location is very convenient for business travellers who will find all necessary facilities close to the hotel. All in all a very good experience.

Over priced and it was a shock.

The only plus point was that the rooms appeared clean. Apart from this, my stay was terrible. I had two rooms on 2nd floor. In both the rooms there was lot of noise from construction activities and loud noises from the corridor gave me a headache. I was supposed to leave in the morning for our flight. We planned on having breakfast and then leaving but the service in the restaurant was also very poor. The breakfast timing said from 7am but even till 7:30 they were still setting up the buffet. I had to leave without having a proper breakfast. This hotel is not at all recommended. You'll find any other hotel better than this one. Looks are misguiding. This hotel is the worst one that I have ever stayed in.

Rathna Residency is very easily accessible from the Railway Station but it is not as easily accessible from the airport (during evenings) and the bus stand (Public and Private) When using auto rickshaws or taxis to reach the hotel, it must be ensured that the driver doesn't confuse the destination with Rathna Regency. The quality of the hotel is good and the rooms are well kept. However, the room cleaning service works in not so convenient schedules. Though the hotel is not very well equipped, it is not poorly equipped to the point of being uncomfortable. The Wireless Internet is not easily accessible from the room; probably because the base station is at the reception. So, if you are looking forward to using the internet very often get a room in the first floor. The staff at the reception are well-mannered and pleasing; however, other staff are not as pleasing. However, this may be excused. Verdict: Good but not the best.

Value for money.

The hotel was good but finding the place was a problem. Other than that service levels and food was good. Rooms were smaller than expected. Overall good experience.
