Everything except for food was good. A little more care on services will make this a better hotel.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly, only breakfast is not up to the mark.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being just outside the gates of the reserve forest. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very courteous and helpful, the service excellent. The breakfast menu is good, but needs to be varied a bit as it gets monotonous. The food is tasty but we found that most of the items listed in the menu were not available. This needs to be improved. The staff were very helpful in arranging for local sight seeing and help fix my vehicle after a breakdown. Will definitely go back given the opportunity.

Hotel is the best! You get best pictureseque location, walking distance from Periyar Tiger Reserve. Better service than even most 5 star hotels. Hotel rooms are very spacious, very nice balcony, comfortable furniture, good food. I have nothing in negative to tell. In other words, you pay for 3 star to get 5 star facilities. You can blindly book this hotel for more than 2-3 days. The hotel service is the bestest of the best!
