Ranbanka Palace Reviews, Jodhpur

It was very nice experience to stay at hotel.

I am giving this feedback with no intension of being eligible for refund neither I want it. I just want to make people and fellow traveler aware about real issues with place I visited. Heritage hotel does not mean providing heritage place or making something equal to heritage but it also comes with culture and respect and deal and treating all guests equally and not to differentiate between Indian and Non Indian guests. I find it really worse that in terms of service and quality of food this hotel is awful as they give preference only to non-Indian guest and their food is like so called low fat less spice hospital food which is meant patients. I feel Jodhpur is place of spice and spices food should be and is actually spicy which is in culture and true color of Rajasthan and in food I have at this hotel was simple bland and colorless which unable to give true color and blend of Rajasthan. In terms of service staff simply needs to learn lots of hospitality and giving equal service to all guests and not just giving extra and differentiate service to Indian and non-Indian guest just in lieu of Tips. It is just total waste of time and money for someone looking for present time and looking for great service and hospitality. Its looks this hotel and staff needs to be free from mindset of slavery though India is free from last 64 years. Just last advice to all travelers if looking for good times and heritage and feel factor better stay away from Ranbanka palace because they just give heritage building and rooms rest everything is non-cultured and slave feeling based service.

Ranbanka is one of the best option to put up at Jodhpur. Especially with the big rooms and amazing breakfast spread. Newly renovated corridors and swimming pool. Have given quite a pleasant face lift to the hotel.

Food and service are good.
