Ranbanka Palace is located on Circuit House Road in Jodhpur, about 5 kilometres away from the airport, 4 kilometres from the railway station and 2 kilometres from the bus stop.

Ranbanka Palace is a magnificent sandstone building, built for Maharaja of Jodhpur Sir Ajit Singhji. The palace exudes an aura enhanced by rich and varied collection of painting, treasure troves and hunting trophies of the yester years preserved by the royal family, which still uses a part of the building as its home. The palace has a colonial character where fire places, mantel pieces and arm chairs are more common than 'diwans' and 'jharokas'. It has a unique ambience with a high comfort level.

Rooms
Ranbanka Palace offers 75 tastefully furnished rooms divided into 35 Club rooms, 46 Deluxe rooms and 2 Suites. All rooms are furnished with antique colonial furniture, Persian rugs, a four-poster bed and wooden flooring with modern amenities. The Deluxe room is a standard room equipped with a satellite television, telephone and an air conditioner. The Club room is an upgraded room with additional facilities like a mini bar, tea/coffee maker and a hair dryer, besides satellite television, telephone and air conditioner. The Suite has a living room cum dining area and a bedroom and all the facilities available in the Deluxe room.

Dining
Dining facilities at the Ranbanka Palace include the Panchranga, a multi cuisine restaurant named after the five colours that are usually found in an 'odhni' (piece of cloth). The restaurant is beautifully arranged with wooden, cane and floor seating options for approximately 100 guests. The restaurant has an al fresco extension in the garden. There is a bar adjoining the restaurant, which serves a range of Indian and foreign liquor.
