Very good

The hotel location is OK. However, the hotel facilities just let me down. Complimentary wifi was not available throughout the stay and the whole internet access facility wasn't accessible.

Beautifully located. Overall ok.

Hotel rooms were very congested. Lift condition was bad. Inspite of informed in advance hotel pick up to airport was not available while checkout and 3rd grade local taxi was arranged which was in very bad condition and without air-conditioner and we were forced to pushed badly jam packed in taxi with luggage, caused severe embracement in front of Thai colleagues which were travelling with me. Breakfast, restaurant temperature was very hot and cooking gas smell was coming. Should not visit along with other foreigner .Better spend little more and go for other 5 star hotel.

I am disappointed because there were so much mosquitoes in the room and ants were there in the bed.

Room as well as washroom were small. Found it very average compared to Ramee Guest line Dadar.

I was put up in room 601 and 602. These rooms have the smallest bathrooms. It is impossible to build a bathroom smaller than this. The space from bathroom door to the loo is 8cms away and from where the loo ends the bathtub is 8cm away. Room no 602 has broken bathtub. In the morning at 7am there was cold water even after keeping on the water for 20 min as adviced by reception, we got only lukewarm water.

The hotel is very good, it is value for money. The breakfast spread at the hotel is very good, though the rooms are little small in size, but that's ok. I find it comfortable and satisfactory.
