The hotel is in a calm location. Nice hotel with prompt services.

I stayed there for three nights and my room was changed 2 times. Initially AC was not working and they took 2 hrs to decide. Finally room was changed.The other room phone was not working. It took 1 complete day for them to say that this will not work.Finally given other room that was ok.In short it was a worst experience in.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Restaurent staff was worst then local road side lari. No services provided.

Good in all respect except service. For example sending wi fi coupon from reception took half an hour. why it is chargeble. Morning newspaper sent after asking.

Upon arrival, I was greeted in fine manner. The staff was very helpful with my bags and check-in, with the exception that the counter staff had trouble finding my reservation. Things were tense for a moment, as they said no more rooms were available. But finally my booking was located in the back office and things went according to plan from there. When entering my room, an acceptable 4 star décor was found, except for the bathroom which appeared 20 years old, but everything operated at an acceptable level. However, it was hard to sleep even on the third floor due to the noise created by the Disco Club downstairs. The first night the noise stopped at 0230am and the second night at 0300am. Thank God there was no work the next day as it was Diwali. The value for the money was ok, as this hotel is not located directly on the beach. I am satisfied with this place because of the great service that made the difference. I would recommend this place as a second option and will book accordingly in the future.

Hotel is well located.

Swimming pool was not open. Room server takes 30 minus even for plates. Hotel lobby was under construction.

The hotel is currently undergoing some sort of renovation on the top floor. Except for its location, there is nothing for the guest as far as the hotel is concerned.

I think even one is a high rating for this stupid hotel. The room was disgusting-damp and smelly. The shower in the washroom was spoilt, the bath tub was yuck. After cleaning, the housekeeping people didn't even keep towels. When we asked them to get some, a dirty looking, sleepy guy came and as soon as I opened the door he burped. That was so disgusting. I swear never to pass by this hotel again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Room is ok but the bathroom not. It was also not really clean. The waiters were anxious; the breakfast is orient to Indians
