The front desk/travel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The morale and happiness quotient in the restaurant staff is low. This obviously reflects in their service. The staff need to have pride in their job.

There was a certain unloved feeling about the hotel. The moment you enter the gates one starts getting the feeling. The folks at the reception are not the smartest of people or seemed to be living in some fear and hence were reserved for the profile. The bathroom smelled and needed room freshener. The buffet was OK but the staff kept on reminding the time or taking the plates away that time was over - despite I entered the buffet area well in time. For local transport, they can call an TSR but TSR charges extra - something that does not happen in Mumbai. The only good part was airport pick-up - perhaps not the process but the driver was nice and friendly person which made all the difference.
