Hotel Ramada Plaza Palm Grove Reviews, Mumbai

Property was booked for my sister and kid travelling alone. Inclusive of breakfast. During breakfast time hotel staff said that only adults can have breakfast and not the Children which was very rude.

Horrible hotel, which claims to be a 5 star and would be a 1 star at best. The lobby was a bit dirty, the room was old, dirt on the walls, bathroom was disgusting and old. We booked for 2 nights and did not stay even 1 night! For the same price

Hotel could not arrange the air port pick up and I had to wait in the air port for 30 mints with my 7months carrying wife and 2 year kid. I had to call them and wait for the pick up to come. I really felt the arrangement is very poor. Otherwise the stay and food was nice.

I loved my visit over here, in past few years I had visited lots of hotel over India, it comes one my best category hotel. People over here are quite supportive over here. Food are best I ever tested in 5 star and you will have complete privacy in hotel. One thing I enjoyed is the hotel location and View from my room.. straight to beach.. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends surely and defiantly I'll stay again in my December visit to Mumbai.. keep it up guys....Thanks MMT to recommending me this hotel

I have spend two days in the hotel. The room was ok. Paint peel off observed on the wall. The break fast was good.

It's good but not best.

The hotel is good, but don't expect any services. The staff is really bad, don't even understand proper English or behave as if don't understand English. Room service was poor. Order things and wait for hours to get some attention. It seems as if they don't care to go down in ratings. There is no proper communications link. You can't even sent your booking confirmation by mail to the hotel, only way is to call them and inform them. I extend my stay by one more day and informed the reception in person and on the day of my stay extension, I got a phone call from the reception, when I am vacating the room. This is the condition of staff there. I paid for Wi-Fi internet in my room and I can't use the same ID to enter from the internet cafe, even though I switched off my computer at my room and they want me to pay extra for logging in for 10 minutes to print 4 pages of my boarding pass, which they charged Rs30 per page, which I could have got in INR 1 per page just outside.
