The hotel bathroom was leaking and when I complained they juat send a guy who could not repair it and they did nothing about it. After futher complain they changed the room after a day. The new room which they gave me also had the same problem with its bathroom. The restaurant never answers the call. When I checked in the hotel at nite it took me around half an hour to give the order as there was no 1 to attened the call. After I placed my order I called again to check on the order after 45min and they told me that they did not get any order. Later it was found that the order was not fowarded and I got my food after 1 hr 20 min. The management did not even apologise for all this.
